What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Deliveries within U.A.E are 30 AED per order, International orders vary from country to country so please check the price at checkout for the shipping costs.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently support Cash on Delivery for orders within U.A.E, We also Support PayPal for all international orders. If you would like to pay via Western Union or Bank Transfer please send us a message before placing the order so we can advice you with all the details via the form on Contact US page or email us at [email protected]

How long will delivery take?

Orders within U.A.E are usually dispatched within 48 hours after placing the order and will be delivered to you within 3 working days. International Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and delivery by courier varies from 5 to 10 working days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes. What exactly happens after ordering?

Our team does their best to prepare your package and submit it to the courier service ASAP to get it going on its way to you.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, as soon as you complete your order and successfully checkout from your cart you will receive the invoice in the email you provided upon checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Because of the complexity of online payment process we do not offer refund. We do provide exchange within 7 days of the purchase considering that you will only pay the shipping fees to return the item back to us. We however do not offer refunds to all items in "Basics" category because of hygiene purposes, be sure to read all the details before purchasing items in this category as we cant offer a refund or return them.
